PORTER RIDGE'S RYAN SCHWARTZ

In his 1st year on varsity for Coach Brown and the Pirates, Ryan Schwartz hit .468 with 22 hits including 6 doubles, scored 8 runs while adding 10 RBI. Ryan was named All-UCHSBaseball.com 1st Team along with being named All-SW4A. Schwartz also went 2-0 on the mound with a 3.74 ERA while striking out 9. Ryan helped Porter Ridge to a 13-3 record, SW4A Championship and helped the Pirates reach the 2nd round of the 4A state playoffs. CONGRATULATIONS RYAN!!!

UCHSBaseball.com’s Coach of the Year is Sun Valley's Jeff Stack. Coach Stack led the Spartans to a 14-4 record, finishing 2nd in the SCC and advancing to the Final-4 in the state playoffs. The 2021 Season is the best season Sun Valley baseball has had in 30 years. Coach Stack was named SCC Coach of the Year. CONGRATULATIONS COACH STAAAAAACK!!!
